IMPORTANT INFORMATION
BJ Farms’ potatoes are planted, grown, harvested, graded, and packed under strict supervision and care. Agronomists are involved at every stage, conducting regular inspections to remove diseased plants and performing step tests to ensure the right size of potatoes. Only approved fungicides and insecticides are used within safe dosage limits.
FG-1 (Field Generation One): Produced in the field from Mini Tuber seeds, also called Super Elite 1, Pre Elite, or Nuclear. Exposed to field conditions for one year.
FG-2 (Field Generation Two): Produced from FG-1 seeds and exposed to field conditions for two years. Known as Super Elite 2 or Elite 1.
FG-3 (Field Generation Three): Produced from FG-2 seeds, exposed to field conditions for three years, referred to as Super Elite 3 or Elite 2.
BJ Farms does not take responsibility for any loss during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect their products during loading and work directly with the shipping company regarding delivery times and conditions. Once loaded, the responsibility for safe transit lies with the customer or transport service.
